"Sbrisolona"

Ingredients

  • 200 g soft wheat
  • 200 g corn
  • 100 g almonds
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Salt q.b.

PREPARATION

  • Grind the soft wheat, corn and almonds with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

  • Add gradually sugar, butter and eggs to the flour. Knead as little as possible, the mixture should be grainy and not firm;

  • Place the dough in a buttered cake pan, be careful to fill the entire base  of the cake pan;

  • Garnish with a whole almond and granulated sugar;

  • Bake at 160 ° for 45 minutes.
