Rosine with mustard

- Note: The mustard has a strong flavour that may not be pleased by someone. For this recipe an excellent alternative might be the olive paste or a cream cheese mousse.

Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat
  • 50 g mustard seed
  • 50 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat and mustard seed with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

  • Mix flour and mustard with the Parmesan and the eggs, until you get a firm dough;

  • Roll out the dough until it is about 0.5 cm thick;

  • Cut it using a flower shape mould;

  • Bake the rosine in oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes;

  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool;

  • Fill the center of the rosin with a hint of mustard;

  • Serve as an accompaniment for the appetizer.
