Rosine with mustard

- Note: The mustard has a strong flavour that may not be pleased by someone. For this recipe an excellent alternative might be the olive paste or a cream cheese mousse.
Ingredients
- 300 g wheat
- 50 g mustard seed
- 50 g of Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
PREPARATION

Grind the wheat and mustard seed with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

Mix flour and mustard with the Parmesan and the eggs, until you get a firm dough;

Roll out the dough until it is about 0.5 cm thick;

Cut it using a flower shape mould;

Bake the rosine in oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes;

Remove from the oven and leave to cool;

Fill the center of the rosin with a hint of mustard;
