My passion and curiosity for everything to do with healthy eating goes back many years. Curious to know more and more, I attended courses in macrobiotics and natural vegetable cuisine. My diet has changed slowly over the years but what was giving me in energy and joy, I felt that I had to share it in concrete in my blog Thyme and lentils.

What do I bring to the table? Wholemeal, simple and healthy food. An essentially glocal cuisine where I mix ingredients of local excellence with new flavours from the world. I prepare dishes full of colour, joy and gratitude, composed mainly of vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, sprouts, oil seeds.

The winning alchemy is in mixing everything with the excellences of the territory. Go back to eating like our grandparents, rediscover biodiversity because it is our future.

Photographing vegetable food

Passionate about photography has always been, it is even more satisfying for me to let others know how many ideas nature can offer. Playing with the colours of vegetables in my recipes and presenting them if I can as "paintings" is one of my dearest passions.

My motto: Eating green does not mean eating sad, it means being filled with energy and happiness.
