Lavender Plumcake

- Note: These plumcake are so soft and delicate to be perfect for afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 220 g soft wheat
  • 30 g lavender
  • 20 g lavender flowers
  • 220 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 30 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs

PREPARATION

  • Grind the soft wheat and the lavender with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

  • Cream the butter with sugar and gradually add the eggs;

  • When the mixture becomes creamy, add flour and baking powder;

  • Pour the mixture into rectangular moulds previously buttered;

  • Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
