Lavender Plumcake

Ingredients
- 220 g soft wheat
- 30 g lavender
- 20 g lavender flowers
- 220 g sugar
- 120 g butter
- 30 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
PREPARATION

Grind the soft wheat and the lavender with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

Cream the butter with sugar and gradually add the eggs;

When the mixture becomes creamy, add flour and baking powder;

Pour the mixture into rectangular moulds previously buttered;

Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
