Panelle

- Note: Traditionally, the panelle should be fried, but we propose a baked version which is perfect as a finger food accompanied, for example, by a turmeric mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 300 g dried chickpeas
  • 600 ml water
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
  • Salt q.s.

PREPARATION

  • Finely grind the dried chickpeas with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

  • Mix the obtained chickpea flour with the other ingredients;

  • Transfer the dough into silicone molds;

  • Bake in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
