- Note: Traditionally, the panelle should be fried, but we propose a baked version which is perfect as a finger food accompanied, for example, by a turmeric mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 300 g dried chickpeas
- 600 ml water
- Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- Salt q.s.
PREPARATION

Finely grind the dried chickpeas with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

Mix the obtained chickpea flour with the other ingredients;

Transfer the dough into silicone molds;

Bake in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
