Honey Crescent Cookies

- Note: These biscuits are delicious when decorated with powdered sugar, but they can also be decorated with a water glaze, powdered sugar and some rainbow sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 300 g Rice or Corn Flour (to be produced with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P)
- 112 g cocoa butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 g baking powder
- 50 g honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanillin
- Powdered sugar for decoration
PREPARATION

Grind the Rice or the Corn with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P to get the flour;

Melt the cocoa butter and add it to the sugar and eggs;

Add the ground flours, baking powder and honey and then, stirring constantly, the salt and vanillin;

Mix everything in a smooth and homogeneous mixture, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge;

Roll the dough out on a floured pastry board, by giving it a thickness of about ½ centimeter, form it into a crescent shape by slightly flattening the biscuit extremities;

Bake the biscuits at 180°C for about 15 minutes, making sure that the extremities do not burn;

Take the biscuits out from the oven and let them rest;

Sprinkle them with powdered sugar before serving.
