Spelt shortbread biscuits

- Note: These shortbread biscuits have a strong taste. We suggest to serve them with hot chocolate or tea; the combination will be greatly appreciated by your guests.

Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat
  • 150 g spelt
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat and the spelt with Faribon600 or Faribon600P to get the flour;

  • Mix the obtained flour to all the other ingredients;

  • After resting the dough, roll it out and cut the biscuits by using a cookie cutter;

  • Bake the biscuits in the oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
