Vanilla flower biscuits

- Note: In order to succeed fully, these biscuits need a very fine corn flour. Delicious with tea and it is preferable to store them in a tin box.
Ingredients
- 200g corn flour (to be produced with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P)
- 150g butter
- 100g sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 15g starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
PREPARATION

Mill the corn using Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P to obtain the flour;

In a large bowl combine the corn flour, the vanilla extract and the butter. Mix all the ingredients using the hands until they are blended;

Add sugar, yeast and the egg, and knead them until you create a ball, wrap it in cling film and then leave it to rest at least one hour in the fridge;

Roll the dough into small balls and dip them in the sugar;

Flatten every ball to a thickness of about ½ centimeter and then cut them using the flower cutter;

Bake the biscuits to a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes;

Leave them to cool on a wire rack.
